All good — we appreciated this boutique hotel — the food was good and the staff were outstandingly friendly. Rooms with 2 queen beds had an intimate atmosphere. The venue's location was favourable and absolutely perfect, just off Calle Loiza and the beach from the Ivy in around 5 minutes and everything, food, clubs, bars and the beach. It also was right in the centre the best area of Condado.

This hotel is in a prime location, close to everything. Restaurants, shops, and the beach are all within walking distance, making it convenient for guests. The cleaning ladies do a great job and keep the rooms spotless. The service overall is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is served at a nearby location and offers a decent spread. The rooms have a nice view and the facilities are well-maintained.
There was an issue with the daily housecleaning, as some guests did not receive it even after requesting it multiple times.
